From left to right: the minaret of the Vienna Islamic Centre, the largest mosque in Austria; next to it on the right, the Donauturm; on the far right, DC Tower 1.

The construction of the mosque from 1975 to 1979 was financed by the Saudi Arabian King Faisal ibn Abd al-Aziz. It was commissioned to Richard "Mörtel" Lugner, a Viennese building contractor and notorious society figure. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vienna_Islamic_Centre en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Richard_Lugner
