Haverstraw Transit 2013 CE's (Coming Soon)
There are 3 2013 IC CE's in their paint shop getting ready for a green paint makeover. Two have original black rubrails and are from Watervilet CSD, and one has original yellow rubrails and a black hood. I also saw either chrome lug nuts or full Alcoa wheels, I couldn't tell which at such a distance.
