After running loaded aggregate cars to Grayslake Sand and Gravel, we are almost back to the beginning point of the day, at Spur 105 at Sussex. Here we are holding behind another northbound at Vernon, waiting for a southbound meet. So, the opportunity seemed right for me to hop off and get a shot of the aggregate train atop the bridge and have conductor Mark back the train onto the bridge. The perks were pretty good at times.
