It's a cold December 1953 near Chicago, as John Szwajkart captures this city bound Milwaukee Road Suburban passenger train departing the station, heading for the city of Chicago with excited holiday travelers on board. The 189 was built by the American Locomotive Company in February 1910 and served The Milwaukee Road well as an F3s Class, until it's scrapping on February 15, 1954.
