Headed South

After leaving Vancouver, Amtrak train No. 519 Rolls by the old BN depot in New Westminster. In the lead is gutted F40PHR No. 252, now a NPCU "Cabbage" locomotive. Just this evening, I heard that Amtrak Cascades has suspended all but 2 trains due to the Horizon cars being bad ordered.
