week 43 movement

This is a composite of 2 images: one to freeze the flagpole since I forgot my tripod (exif data to the right is correct for that image) and a second for the flag movement. Settings for that one were: f22, iso 100, 1/6 ss with -3 exposure compensation and using a 4 stop ND filter. Merged in Photoshop.
