European Hare (Lepus europus)

 

This young hare has been visiting The Pixies (where I feed the birds) on and off for about a month, now. Normally, he/she (?) hangs around for a few seconds then takes off at a pelt. Here, the wee guy just sat, snuffled the grass, then casually, scooted around my car.

 

Lovely to see and brilliant to watch.
