Sgarrach Sidhe - Scots Gaelic for Snow Faerie

During a very brief lull in today’s snow storms, Salyx decided to have a knee-deep traipse through the white stuff.

 

Here, she is looking up at the roof of the house, where more snow is accumulating. I thought she looked a bit fed up and is, perhaps, swearing in Gaelic ... or in Cat. 😉
