Nelson's Sparrow?

Smallish "wren-like" sparrow with a narrow forked-tip tail that was often cocked up like a wren's tail. Field marks seemed consistent with a Nelson's. I tried to take several photos, but only one seemed to be kind of diagnostic. It's a fuzzy photo of the bird taking flight from a foxtail stem. The narrow fork-tipped tail is fairly clear in the photo. I'm interested to hear what others might think:
