I'll never forget around ten years ago arriving home from the store one rainy evening to encounter a fluffy softball sized Eddie floundering in the street. He was soaking wet, muddy, cold, and lonely with health issues galore. Not meaning to brag, but Tommy just met his guardian angel. I am guessing he might have been perhaps one month old, with upper respiratory infection and eyes matted shut, with fur falling out too. Well anyway I medicated little Eddie to a healthy little bundle of catnip loving joy. Had to wake up in the middle of the night to bottle feed this little guy some kitten formula for around six straight weeks. At the point when little Eddie began to bite through the rubber nipples, I switched to more solid kitten food.....When things were going badly throughout the years, Eddie would shower me with affection to remind me that there's always hope!
