This photo is also an example of slow shutter speed. The background does not have any harsh qualities or color which makes the rays of light pop out even more. The only light seems to be coming from the streams. They seem to have an excess of light they're giving off as well.

This photo has a wide variety of colors and shapes. There is no definite answer of what this photo is. There is streams of lights in various colors everywhere from the sky to the ground. There is not much light within the photo except for the rays spread throughout.
