Friendship half heart

This is a symbol of my childhood friendship with my best friend, she has the other half of the heart!!

I chose this small piece of wood, because I remember how important it was for me to take it with me every day. I felt obligated to keep it close to me as a symbol to our friendship.. those days are gone of course, I keep it in my jewellery box now... but every time I see it I feel warmth and love! Only me and my friend know how important it is to us..
