Northern CA CoP

This is a collection of photos taken at Northern California CoP events. Our community serves Lean practitioners from the Bay Area to the Central Valley. Currently we hold two separate events per month, one in the Bay Area in Oakland, and a Central Valley event in Sacramento. Every third month we hold a single joint event at a more neutral location in Walnut Creek. We take the month of July off so that members of our CoP can enjoy some summer vacation time with family.

As you know, the design and construction industry is transforming into a more collaborative culture through the application of Lean principles and integration project teams. Our goal is to create an environment where owners, architects, designers, contractors, trade partners, suppliers, academics and industry organizations can all come together to share, learn, and explore Lean principles and processes with a common goal of improving our industry and delivering value to our Owners and community.
