Il est partout car ici , il est chez lui … et depuis longtemps .
La présence de ce magnifique « oiseau aux ailes de feu » dans le delta du Rhône remonte à très longtemps puisque les premières nidifications ont été signalées dès 1551 !
La population totale de flamants roses en France est estimée à environ 30 000 individus en hiver et 55 000 en été .
