The pants were made some time last year, I think. In an eye-poppingly bright linen that is surprisingly fun to color match pieces for an outfit. After first making them, I hated them and didn't wear them..tried them on again last night and remembered how comfy they were. The waist is too loose since the front darts weren't sewn, worried that they wouldn't fit- bad mistake. These are Burda 7075 pants, simple side zip pants with darts on the waist front and back.
Not sure if it's necessity for this month that has me liking them, but I'm about to drag out the pattern and try again. This time all the darts will be sewn and the proper seam allowances taken.
Even with all the kick ass jeans patterns coming out, I'm more in love with comfy, and more breathable, pants/trouser patterns.
