Hope is the one thing that can help us get through the darkest of times
Do not be mad at these few words that I felt the need to write. Just a few months ago I lost my sister after a long battle with breast cancer. It was difficult to do this post because it brought back bad memories. She was strong and courageous until the end. I saw the disease slowly destroying her and spread throughout her body. Today i'm so sad and so angry too, angry because I need to understand how they get a vaccine against a virus in just a few months and for all these years they haven't been able to cure this fucking cancer...
She was only 35 years old, She was a beautiful woman, a caring daughter, a wonderful sister, a loving mom and and a great warrior... Oh God i miss her so much..
Let’s continue to fight and support all these women, men, children who fight against disease every day. But not only in October but each day, all months. Tomorrow it may be we who will have to lead this fight. Let's support research and keep hoping.
