CSS 2003 @ Michigan City, IN

As the first of two snow storms begin to hit Chicagoland and Northwest Indiana, Engineer Mike Polk brings train PFEX1 through the heart of Michigan City, IN, street running at the intersection of 11th street and Wabash street.
