Light on the horizon

Frozen Thompson River

Kamloops, B.C.

I was going to post another bleak monochrome shot taken along the ice and snow covered river. But then I looked at this and went for the positives. It's supposed to start warming up to more seasonal temperatures and the snow will start to melt. The problem is that February was one of the coldest and snowiest Februaries in the historical records and the snow just kept mounting up. I'm looking forward to going on some of the back roads where I like to take pictures once the snow melts.
