I love this tree. I must do as I've shot it several times. I first noticed the nest in it in early March last year and called the photo the creative title of "Bird's Nest". I suspected it must be an eagle's nest but was not sure until June when I saw two adult eagles sitting half way out on the branch, keeping a watchful eye toward the nest. This would have been about the time the eaglets would be almost ready to start flying.

 

So this photo is upgraded from "Bird's Nest" to the much cooler title of "The Aerie". :-)
