Not the 2020 prototype logo, but this is the 3D variant of the 1998 logo from the Scoob! trailer.
This was during the waning days of this logo before this logo retired on the HBO Max original "The Witches (2020)", despite the logo's retirement, it was used sporadically on later productions here and there; it has made an appearance on Godzilla vs. Kong (as a variant), released in 2021, despite using the 14th logo at the end, and also appeared on both The Sun Does Not Move (2021) and the British film The Nan Movie (2022), with the reason for the latter being the film was completed in 2019, but was shelved for three years due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
