You see I heard they needed a doctor at that Asylum. My cousin fit the bill perfectly. She graduated at the tippy top of her class.
Unfortunately she passed in the very same accident that marred my pretty face. So, between you and I? Beatrice Paynesworth is the one who is six feet under. I am Doctor Adaline Paynesworth, and I can't wait to help all the beautiful people in Rosewood Asylum. All their dreams will come true.
