Happy Cops

Police were dressed in full gear and ready to spring into action while watching the counter protest (pro dapl) that was taking place only a block away from the other protest (no dapl). They were not allowed to comment about the situation and referred me to the chief of police for information. They were kept busy that day, as well as the rest of the Bismarck area and surrounding police departments.
