after an early start for sunrise i was hoping for some colour around buttermere, but nothing came of sunrise at all. instead i gave in and had a drive up to moss force as im really fond of the view down into the newlands valley beneath. as you can see here storm clouds filled the sky aswell as some lovely light at the other end of the valley.
conditions not to be missed.
