LEGO Order 66 on Kerkoidia - Dark Times RPG
"In 19 BBY, a small division of the 501st Legion was dispatched to the planet Kerkoidia, a Republic world located within Separatist space, to investigate an alleged enemy incursion. The jedi general Ryssk Tatsskoat was overseeing the operation. As they approached the dangerous forest in which the incident had taken place, CT-4579 received a communication asking him to execute order 66. The Trandoshan force user, feeling the treasonous act, force pushed the surrounding clones, and ran towards the forest followed by the assailants. Tatsskoat was ultimately able to escape the attack but was never seen after that. Rumors say he might have perished while confronting one of the many vicious predators that live within the deep forest."
