268/365 Kitten Kisses
Our six foster kittens are beginning to reach adoption age. That means they are super playful, full of purrs, and that every day with them is precious and could be our last... which is the goal--that each kitten would find his or her forever family--but is sad nonetheless.
My daughter always grows very attached to the kittens and loves to give them bedtime kisses (which is also a ploy to extend bedtime...).
In this batch of six kittens, three of them were so young and scrawny when they came to us that we feared they wouldn't make it. However, safety, love, and kitten formula got them through, and now they are vibrant and healthy and lovey. It has been a privilege to foster them!
