The National Arts Center (also known as Tanghalang Maria Makiling) is located on Mount Makiling in Los Baños, Laguna.
It is an open-air theater, as the centerpiece of the Philippine High School for the Arts complex and it was was inaugurated in April 1976. The architect was Leandro V. Locsin.
