Festival Mediéval
Preparing the start of a Ball Game on horses, turning the horse.
When visiting le Massif de la Clape,France, we discovered a lovely medieval festival.
Actually we wanted to hike along some wonderful places there, but the hiking trails have been closed and strongly protected due to fire risk a few days before we arrived...Furthermore, Le Tramontane. - a strong, cold and dry north wind- was blowing
constantly for several days.

By the way: In 2014, the French parliament passed a law reducing the number of metropolitan regions from 22 to 13.
Effective 1 January 2016.
A bit confusing.
Not only for putting new images in my existing albums...
Flickr-map still shows the former regions.
