A wonderful day up in the Black Forest

There are still perfect conditions for winter sports or hiking up in the Black Forest. Especially on a day like yesterday with mild temperatures, sunshine and a snow depth of 60-100 cm it is a lot of fun.

By the way, the past weekend the Ski Jumping World Cup 2015 has taken place in the Black Forest (Titisee/Neustadt) - a great and exciting event.

Obwohl in den Tälern schon die ersten Schneeglöckchen läuten, sind oben im Schwarzwald bei herrlichem Wetter und milden Temperaturen beste Bedingungen für Wintersport.

Um Fotos auch im tiefen Schnee machen zu können, habe ich mir speziell dafür ein paar Schneeschuhe gekauft - Schneeschuhwandern ist eine Alternative zum Langlaufen nicht nur auf Loipen. Etwas anstrengend im freien Gelände bei tiefem Schnee, macht aber auch Spaß.
