Flickr does not have control over third-party websites so you will need to contact the site owner to request removal. If they don't remove it you can file a Notice of Infringement. (Only the photo owner can file a Notice of Infringement.)

 

If you aren't able to find a place to contact the site you can try doing a WHOIS search on the domain:

 

www.networksolutions.com/whois

 

WHOIS records usually have contact information.

 

If they are unresponsive you might also try contacting the company hosting the domain and filing a Notice of Infringement with them. The "Domain servers" in the WHOIS record can be used to identify where the site is hosted.
