Our public library is a very modern building. Designed by Fredrick Prescott, the three horse sculptures located on the south lawn of the library are kinetic-their heads move in the wind. Today was windy so the horses heads were moving up and down quite a bit! I wish the grass was green; but it's a little early for that yet. View On Black
