NGC1499 California Nebula

NGC 1499

 

Also known as the California Nebula.

Found in the constellation of Perseus, this emission nebula is about 1,000 light years away and roughly 100 light years from end to end.

Camera, ZWO ASI 533mc pro with an Optolong L'Enhance filter.

Altair 50mm guidescope with a ZWO 120mm mini guide camera.
