RETIREE APPRECIATION DAY 2016
GRAFENWOEHR, Germany – Military retirees were honored at the United States Army Garrison Bavaria's annual Retiree Appreciation Day held at the BMEDDAC Grafenwoehr Health Clinic on Tower Barracks 14 October. More than 200 retirees and annuitants took advantage of services to update medical records, receive flu vaccinations, make medical and dental appointments as well as take advantage of the many community services open to them offered on military posts across Germany. During the course of the event retirees were able to speak with Brig. Gen. Tony Aguto, Commanding General for the 7th Army Training (7th ATC) and 7th ATC Command Sergeant Major Jeffrey D. Sweezer, USAG Bavaria Commander Col. Lance Varney (pictured left) as well as BMEDDAC Commander Col. David Richardson and Grafenwoehr Health Clinic Commander Lt. Col. Shannon Shaw.
