Deep Space Nebula

My latest photo of the Tadpoles Nebula was created by taking pictures with a highly sensitive astronomy camera, and 'narrowband' filters that isolate the different gases in the object.

 

This is a 'false color' image, using the light I collected to build the 'channels' of a full-color image. There are many accepted color palettes in the astro-community - but this isn't one of them 😅

 

This is definitely one of the most 'artistic' editing styles I have ever attempted - but sometimes, it's fun to make something that looks really cool.
