I was promised stunning views!
Hubby had booked today off for us to go on our bikes. He was keen to do the Rhigos in order to bag another of the South Wales classic climbs. Cardiff wasn't too bad, just a bit overcast, but as we went up through Treorchy so the mist descended, by the time we got to Treherbert ( the next village up) there was fog.
We plodded up with a degree of trepidation, having not done this route before and the visibility at times was down to 10metres.
As I've been looking forward to these stunning view for weeks, I just had to share them on Flickr!!!
There's another of one of the hairpins we went up, it was too dangerous to take a photo of the fog at it's worst.
