Yesterday morning’s French supermoon
We drove back from the Alps yesterday in one day a journey of over 800 miles ( exact distance unknown as hubby still asleep as he did the leg of the journey in the early hours of this morning). He was obviously at the helm when I took this photo of the mountain and the huge supermoon, it was taken whilst (he was) driving and hence might not be as crisp and sharp as it should, but I think it’s probably ok to post.
I took many photos on the descent from the mountain in an attempt to capture their splendour, some doubtless will be a blurry mess but I hope that I will have a few more shots like this to share.
One cannot fully explain the vast beauty of the alpine scenery and the camera doesn’t always do it justice either it is such a fabulous display of beauty and uplifts the soul ( when you get a day like this at least!)
Thanks for stopping, I have the little matter of washing for a week for 5 to catch up on, it’ll be a busy week!
