Bradford Road
In Huddersfield they are electrifying the transpennine railway route and carrying out repairs to the viaduct as it crosses Bradford Road. The whole project looks like it’s costing a pile of money, I can only guess at the end of the work we will have cleaner faster trains that still don’t run on time! (If they run at all!). I’m obviously writing this tongue in cheek, but Huddersfield is top of the country’s league table for late running and cancelled trains.
