Flying hoverfly sp. [Explore #125 18.7.23]

I liked the way this hoverfly was catching the sunlight but the background wasn't, making it appear to be glowing in the dark!

 

Identification of hoverfly to species level is very difficult in the field. This one is probably of the genus Syrohus.
