Vigilantly watching its world
A coyote, making its way through the meadow on a bright overcast morning, stopped occasionally to gaze in my direction, perhaps it was not comfortable with what was pointing at it.
I took this shot in early June. It is quite surprising that this individual still had some winter coat around the neck and shoulder. But I think the shedding should be completed pretty soon.
Taken on: Early June 2020, Lois Holes Centennial Provincial Park
Nikon D500 w/ 500mmf4G +1.4X
Effective focal length: 1050mm; cropped image
Lightroom 6.0
Thank you very much for the visit and comment
