Convict Lake sunrise

This was a family reunion trip after 4 years, and I took my parents on a roadtrip across California, Nevada, Utah and Arizona. It wasn't a photography oriented trip, but I still managed to find some opportunities to chase the best light around our hotels.

 

This image was taken right at sunrise at Convict Lake in California. I am glad I was able to share this moment with my dad on a cold day!
