Overcast and chilly day in Zion

This was the first day of my trip to Zion National Park, and weather was not ideal. It was chilly, overcast and a snow storm was forecasted to come, which would make all shuttle bus to stop operating and our entire plan would have to change. I was worried because I had made very detailed plan of what I would do for the next two days, and even bought gears specifically the trip. With all that being said, the mood the this photo very clearly represents my feeling in the field. But luckily, the coming snow storm actually brings a lot of unexpected surprises.
