Compound Curve Patch 2
This is the fender repair with the welds ground flush. After trimming the sheet metal flange I formed the small radius detail on the edge by holding a round punch in place with pliers and rolling the metal around the punch. Working back and forth along the edge I was able to mimic the factory detail. There is still a bit of angularity to the repair that will need to be softened later with hammer and dolly.
