Polaroid Week 24 Day 1/1

The Polaroid Colour Swinger rides again!

Defunct since Type 88 pack film went away I've finally figured out a way to jam an SX-70 film pack in there - the image areas of the two formats are as close as dammit.

The camera's exposure system is calibrated for ASA75 so a yellow filter taped over the lens drops the effective film speed to around ASA80.

The white blobs are tulips; there is no detail in them at all so a little more experimentation to fine tune exposure is needed.

This is a single shot approach: the film must be handled in the dark and inserted into an SX-70 / 600 camera for ejection and chemical spread - and no mirror in the Colour Swinger means the image is reversed - but it works!
