Finding Dory

Finding Dory is a 2016 American 3D computer-animated comedy-drama adventure film produced by Pixar Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures. Directed and co-written by Andrew Stanton with co-direction by Angus MacLane,[5][6] the screenplay was co-written by Victoria Strouse and Stanton.[7] The film is a sequel to 2003's Finding Nemo, and features the reprised voices of Ellen DeGeneres, Albert Brooks, Ed O'Neill, Kaitlin Olson, Ty Burrell, Diane Keaton and Eugene Levy.

 

Finding Dory focuses on the amnesiac fish Dory, who journeys to be reunited with her parents.[8] Along the way, she is captured and taken to a California public aquarium, from which Marlin and Nemo attempt to rescue her.[9]

 

The film premiered at the El Capitan Theatre in Los Angeles on June 8, 2016, and was released in the United States on June 17, 2016.[10] It received positive reviews from critics and has grossed over $548 million worldwide.[4][11][12]
