Tamron 150-600 : replacing the zoom rubber

My old Tamron 150-600 (5 years old) has a damaged zoom rubber, in fact my fingers are always on this rubber to hold it, and so after 5 years of use the rubber is dead.

I thought it was complicated to replace it, but it is not. The only problem is that to replace the zoom rubber you need to remove the focus rubber too, else it is impossible to insert the new zoom rubber. So to replace the zoom rubber you need to buy a zoom rubber and a focus rubber and to replace both.

Here a little slideshow to show the process. It's really easy to do, it last 15min and it cost 20$. With new rubbers, the lens looks so nice : like a new one.
