Sehr oft ist die Kölner Straße in der Historischen Altstadt von Schwelm nicht im Winterkleid zu sehen. Das warme Licht der erleuchteten Fenster erzeugt ein gemütliches Ambiente, was durch die alten Häuser noch verstärkt wird. Ich habe bewusst eine etwas längere Verschlusszeit gewählt, um mit gewollter Unschärfe die Schneeflocken mehr sichtbar zu machen. Durch manuelles Focussieren konnte ich die Häuser aber scharf abbilden. Dank Bildstabilisator reichte 1/30 Sek. dafür aus.

Very often, the "Kölner Straße" in the historic old town of Schwelm is not seen in its winter coat. The warm light from the illuminated windows creates a cozy atmosphere, which is further enhanced by the old houses. I deliberately chose a slightly longer shutter speed in order to make the snowflakes more visible with intentional blurring. But by manually focusing I was able to get a sharp image of the houses. Thanks to the image stabilizer, 1/30 of a second was enough.
