Urban Relics

I am working on the environment near the dump and processing yards. This month, while passing through the place, I found these interesting layers of different objects that are left by humans but have a different value in our modern urban life. At the same time symbolizes artifacts of everyday life in modern life.

In my city, plastic materials were mostly burned in the dump yards which is one of the main catalysts for global warming. But now they are collecting separately and recycling properly. I like to add this info that every day in Bangladesh 3,000 tones of plastic waste is generated and plastic comprises 8% of the total waste generated every year. Numerically, that is 800,000 tones. Before we completely reduce the use of plastic, I consider it the first step in moving forward to make my country clean

1. I found this beautiful abstract symbolic representation of new hope in urban life. The cities are building and at the same time, millions of plastic materials go to the Bay of Bengal through the river Karnaphuli. Now people are collecting this plastic from the rivers and the cities and recycling it to make useful materials again. In my find, I love how the bricks represent urban life, the shields as sea or river, and the raw plastics as the layers of plastic pollution which becoming a great problem in the world

2.. The photo shows a solution to the problem of plastic pollution, which is a global problem that can harm marine life, pollute the water and contribute to climate change.

The photo is important to share because it raises awareness of the problem of plastic pollution and inspires people to take action. It shows that there is hope for the future, even in the face of a major environmental challenge.
