Today's Friday Rose "Winchester Cathedral" is an English rose variety, bred in 1988 by the famous rose breeder David Austin. It is an upright rose bush of medium height (100 cm) with glossy English green foliage. The flowers are full and flat, white in colour, with slightly crumpled petals and a few buff tints. They are deliciously fragrant, with hints of honey and almond. The flowering is very vigorous and abundant.

Seen in the botanical garden "Schloß Trauttmansdorff" in Meran.
