An Aperol Spritz or Spritz Veneziano (Austrian German: Spritzer, "splash" / "sparkling"), also called just Spritz, is an Italian cocktail, commonly served as an aperitif in Northeast Italy. It consists of prosecco, soda water. and Aperol (a classic Italian bitter apéritif made of gentian, rhubarb, and cinchona, among other ingredients)
