La chapelle du Saint-Sacrement possède une architecture exceptionnelle : un plafond à caissons de pierre Renaissance et une voûte quasiment plate, ce qui est un exploit pour l’époque. La chapelle renfermait les reliques. Aujourd’hui, on y conserve le Saint Sacrement, c’est le lieu de prière et de recueillement de la cathédrale.
