Ojos azules / Ble eyes
En el Prado de Pinoso (Alicante), a estas alturas de la temporada, podemos ver volar Sympetrum sinaiticum (bastantes), alguna Ischnura (pocas) y algunos ejemplares de Chalcolestes viridis (como el macho de la imagen).
Me encanta el color de sus ojos azules cuando los ves de frente (por su parte trasera son marrones), que destacan en esta imagen con el fondo sombrío en contraste con la luz del posadero.
In the Prado de Pinoso (Alicante), at this point in the season, we can see Sympetrum sinaiticum flying (quite a few), some Ischnura (few) and some specimens of Chalcolestes viridis (like the male in the image).
